How do I clean off the dust from resin after sanding?

There are lots of methods. Try dry dusting and then wiping up with just water. Painter's tape and Lint rollers are good. Alcohol and acetate will generally dissolve remnants. I do well with just brushing the mat over a trashcan.

When using these for resin should you use them with the shiny side up or the rough side up?

The shiny side should be up. If you are making jewelry with the shapes you do not want them to look dull. But if you are making items that do not need to have a shiny look to them but a matte finish you can always flip to the other side.

Is this sheet stretchable?

It's flexible but not really stretchable to stay stretched. It can be stretched or pulled alittle but it's gonna go back to it's regular size as soon as u let go and will rip if u stretch to far

Can I cut these in circuit to make stencils and shapes?

No. It is silicone which is a rubber like mat. I think it would slide around & gum up the blade if it cut at all.

Make : Made out of very flimsy material that’s easily ‘testable’ Size : Each individual sheet could accommodate a single person with a book Cost : Exhorbitant. Defintely not worth the money. Wouldn’t have taken the seller more than 100 rs in cost price. Verdict : Skip this. Buy it a roll of silicon sheets from a local vendor.
