TBH I had originally ordered the more expensive and popular anova which didn't get delivered, twice! I'm kind of glad as the next with good reviews was this Inkbird. Almost half the price and delivered in a day. I find it very user-friendly and the app is very easy to use too. The settings can be adjusted on the unit itself which is convenient. During my use I realised the clip on system is very convenient and easy and much quicker I would think than the bolt system on the more expensive make. The temperature is well maintained and circulator does what its intended to do. I don't have a thermometer to measure the water temp against what the unit is showing. I use it with a Lipavi container, therefore I'm unable to say how this will fit or work with saucepans etc. I'm completely satisfied with this unit real value for money and souse vide cooking is a game changer.
