Tastes great. Helps with hangovers lol. Even my 4yo likes the taste.

These are my favorite hydration drink mixes, but I mix 1 packet into 32oz if i'm doing activities and carrying a big water bottle and only use like 1/4 of a packet if i'm home using a 12 or 16oz glass. The flavor and salt is extremely palatable to me, but only if it's more watered downed. I also really like that these powdered mixes dissolve instantly and are easy to get inside any bottle and you can change the amount unlike the dissolving tablet kinds. It has a tiny bit of 'natural flavor' sugar but I think it tastes way better than the brands with all stevia or a bunch of vitamins. Obviously vitamins are good for you and sugar isn't but the flavor of those is worse. I prefer this formula for just hydration because I can stomach drinking way more water than with nothing or other electrolyte mix brands.

Love, love this lemonade hydration powder! It’s a very mild flavor, I never get tired of it. And especially not too sweet. I’m really concentrating on staying hydrated, so this is perfect. I just wish it had magnesium in it, that’s the only improvement I’d made. I have to buy magnesium powder and add it in.

I started drinking these each morning before anything else. I definitely recommend if you usually have fatigue - the electrolytes help with my pcos symptoms. The lemonade flavor reminds me of Liquid-IV, but the fruit punch is my favorite flavor. Not overly sweet at all

So I'd been using another brand's electrolyte powder, but I got absolutely SICK of the aftertaste of red dye 40. It sucks because it had a high percentage of all five electrolytes and working in a warm warehouse, running around in 18 pounds of equipment, I sweat enough to need more than your average buyer. I'm glad I found this brand! The taste is very light, sweet but without a ton of sugar. I understand some is needed to metabolize, but sports drink have so much. They help, the price is beyond perfect and I'm excited to buy again and try their other products. Thank you Kinder Farms for helping me through my tough, dehydrated days :) Almost a year later of buying every month and still the only thing that works!!

The packaging was good. The flavor is alright, wish it would taste more like lemonade . Good quality and appearance. Wish it was a bit cheaper.

Taste is nothing like the already bottled. The packets have the taste of pure salt no lemon taste at all.
