I bought an extra diamond head because the one that came with the whole package , the grainy tip wasted away too quickly. This one has lasted more than the original head and it does work great. Make sure you clean it after each use to avoid bacteria accumulation with luke warm water, mild soap, and the scrub that came with the main package.
