Review: Waited over a month and wow great overall product - So to start this is my girlfriends account im a 25 year old male using the product. Body history i use to be 5 percent bodyfat on a strict keto diet at 5'9 215 pounds i was a avid body lifter since high school. About 5 years ago i was injured in a work accident that shattered my wrist in pieces and put me out for a year. Then only after a few months of being back to normal before i could even get my gym grind back on i was in a motorcycle accident that tore 3 of 4 ligaments in my right knee and reshattered my wrist in even more places. I became depressed fell off my diet( mcdonalds was my new and cheapest friend). I pretty much neglected my body since then became 230lbs at over 23% body fat. I live in florida and work outside detailing boats and this summer has started off brutal. My crew and i are always tired, hungry and mentally drained however none of us are truely in shape or have the energy at the end of the day to go to the gym. I decided I needed to get my body back and get my health up. I completely cut out fast food (i eat better not great most of my grocery shopping is done at walmart and i do still eat certain processed foods). Started fasting from 2 to 11 and going to the gym at a 3 days on 1 day off cycle with 10 min of warm up cardio at a 140 to 150bpm do my weights and finish with 5 min of cardio at a 170 to 180bpm. Right into my first week i was extremely tired slacking at work mentally not there and always always hungry to the point where it hurt and my guys would here my stomach growl. I had actually heard a radio advertisement for force factor xt but i always reseach my supplements and came across this a way healthier organic more reliable and better reviewed product plus free 1 day shipping and i needed it ASAP if i was gonna keep to my new lifestyle hahah. I have now been taking these 1 in the morning between 6 and 8 and 1 in the evening between 12 and 2 for over a month and a half.... Im absolutely mind blown how well they really work my appetite is suppressed not to bug me in the morning but not so much that i have trouble getting 3000 calories in during my fasting period. As for my mind these things are like limitless pills im very focused alert and awake im able to guide my crew and manage without missing a beat on top of the nice energy boost i feel in the gym. I can honestly say that im both giving work and gym 100 percent every day. As for the body i now weigh 208 but dont let that scare you as i said i was a body builder and im focused on muscle gains. I feel great and im starting to look great. However my one and only concern is i have developed a slight dependency if i miss taking one i get a migraine and feel very sluggish and ran down. I believe this is just because i work 6 days week 8 to 10 hours a day in the blazing sun and am going to the gym pretty hard core most people start with just 3 days a week but none the less it is something to keep in mind. I love this product for a few reasons. Its not a super pill and you cant expect any magic pill to make you drop weight overnight. Its unrealistic. But i do always try anyways to find one lol Ive tried soooo many pills over the years. Most did nothing or did crazy stuff like sickness or heart rate issues or even rashes. But im happy to report this stuff is the strangest wonderful combination that for whatever reason does its job!! The first few days i was not feeling much of anything so i was about to chuck it in my cupboard with the pill graveyard. But by day three i was noticing a slight heating sensation inside my body. When i started any physical activity i was drenched in sweat. I mean soaking my shirts lol. Then i started feeling just oddly energetic without any nerve jitters or feeling of being on speed. Its an oddly faint peaceful long lasting calm energy. Its hard to explain. But then i started realizing my craving for junk had pretty much disappeared to and i was definatly not devouring my calories which is great to! I have a great Yunmai scale i bought here on desertcart and it mesures body fat water visceral fat weight and many other things. Each day i have gone down atleast a half a pound or a full pound steady!!!!!!!! My body fat is also going down. My bmi is decreasing. I don't even know how its doing this and ive been concerned so i googled all the ingriedients and pretty much my doctor looked at the bottle at my physical yesterday and said well- its all safe, its all good tested products that she herself had tried over the years at one point or another, and the caffeine level is low compared to many others and she basicly said that its gotta be the right conbination of top notch ingriedients that are apparently right for my body. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Product worked for me with a few caveats

Overall this product has been working really well for me for over the past month that I've been using it. I've have had success in particular with seeing a more consistent result based off the work that I was doing prior to taking it with dieting and exercise. This isn't a miracle drug by any means. During that month I had to reduce my physical activity 2 weeks due to a upper back pain issue that is still ongoing, and a work trip where I was bing eating for most of it on a lot of unhealthy food. I gained a lot of weight during that trip, but was able to lose all of it, as it was all mostly water weight once I got back and the back pain was manageable. When I say "do nothing", I mean if you are primarily a sedentary person that is barely getting any movement in your house. At least for me personally, it has never been the case while on these, and while not on these that I have ever lost weight through simply dieting alone; I have always needed some kind of exercise or some kind of functional movement throughout the day to be able to lose the weight The one thing about this product however I don't like is that it contains caffine. The recommended dose is around 270mg of caffeine alone. The general recommendation is 400mg, so simply getting a cup of coffee with 100mg of coffee puts you really close to that limit. I do not personally get jittery around coffee, however this is something that you should consider if you don't handle caffine well, espeically if you have any heart related issues. They do make a version without the caffine, while still having the other ingredients, which is what I will be purchasing when I run out of this dosage. Primarily what this product has done for my personal situation - It has helped me to be able to actually lose the water weight I was gaining. I have a huge problem over the past year of losing weight of gaining a lot of weight back that will all be water weight, but have a really hard time losing it. If I eat a certain amount of food without any kind of exercise, I genuinely will gain a lot of pounds. I do however have gut inflammation, that has manageable internal bleeding that I've been dealing with for years. Losing the weight has significantly helped with that, however this has still been an issue that I'm hoping to get more guidance on in the future. - It helps with appetite. More importantly, I can choose when to eat, instead of being controlled by hunger pains going for over an hour, or eating from being bored. - It helps with weights. On the occasions I do weights, Ive noticed while on these that higher weights will feel much lighter than it will when I'm not on these. I did some reading, and apparently caffine may have this effect on some people, which I didn't know about. For myself personally I will continue to take it through the non caffeinated version, otherwise a great product that I recommend at least looking at the ingredient list, then choosing to either use it or try those kinds of ingredients through more natural sources.
