I bought this for my mom so that her hand can rest during cooking of foods that requires a lot of stirring. Unfortunately, its not very helpful. It is only good for deep cooking pots. Since my mom is using a wook or shallow pots you need to hold Stirmate in order to function, which contradicts its use. I hope someday they can created something for wook and shallow pots.

Bad doesn't spin the whole pot because it doesn't sit in the pot center

I bought the StirMATE mainly to make milk-based creamy desserts that require almost an hour of constant stirring. I was tired of standing by the stove the entire time, so I decided to give this a try. I was really happy with the results. It kept stirring the mixture consistently while it cooked, and most importantly, the milk mixture did not stick to the bottom of the pot. I also liked being able to adjust the speed depending on how thick the mixture was getting. For me, the biggest advantage is being able to prepare recipes that need long, continuous stirring without having to stand over the pot the whole time. It definitely made the process easier and more convenient. If you often make custards, milk-based desserts, sauces, or other recipes that require constant stirring, this is a very useful kitchen tool.

Works well but slips off some pots and doesn't get the bottom parts

トップレビューの方の動画を見ると分かるのですが、騒音が歯医者さんやミニ四駆の駆動音並みに大きいです。換気扇より遥かに大きい高音ノイズが部屋中に響き渡ります。キッチンと他の部屋が遠く離れているような環境じゃないと、うるさすぎて発狂してしまうかも知れません。なお、10リットルの寸動鍋も上手く攪拌できるサイズだったのでそこはとても満足でした。
