It doesn't come with any games installed, but you can go to the "Galaxy Store" in the phone app and download them. Some are free, some you have to pay for. In my experience so far, you can probably count on many apps for the watch being somewhat "buggy", like they never really tested them thoroughly. Some features I've tried just don't work at all as advertised (like "display always on" - a crock!). I'm generally disappointed. But if you're ok with software that just "sort of" works - some apps or features being great, some not working at all, and some that maybe partially work or only work part of the time - then you'll be fine.

can this watch receive and send text messages?

Yes it can. Even without paid service for the watch you can send and receive, even receive pictures, as long as you're connected via bluetooth. I personally don't pay for the service through my cell company and it works just fine for me via bluetooth.

What is the difference between us version and international version?

There are no differences in functionality if both are unlocked. However, if under warranty, Samsung will not honor warranty in the United States for international version.
