I was previously a consumer of the Anc. Nutrition brand, but I take so many supplements it has become death by a 1,000 cuts. This is so much more reasonable with as good, if not better, quality and collagen amounts. I just went through my first bag and re-ordered because it was excellent. Where do I see the difference? Less hair shedding in the shower. I used to have a significant amount of hair coming out in the shower. Let's say 50-100. Now I have maybe a couple. Joints: I work out. I do weights, calisthentics, walking. I have chondromalaysia in both knees and have delayed orthroscopic knee surgery because of the controversy of it actually working. It's really just a pre-cursor to knee replacement surgery. I had a significant amount of pain when running. I have zero at this point. Granted I do also take Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength. However, when I was just taking that I did have some degree of pain and clicking in my knees. This collagen does something miraculous to keep that at bay. Next, facial skin: My skin has become far more clear and glowy. I don't really notice on my body because I don't pay that much attention to it. I'm 58, so I do have some crepey skink going on around my knees and inside of upper arms, but I think it is less than it used to be. I can't be 100% on that though. I do know Hyaluronic Acid greatly contributes to joint lubrication and Biotin to the hair, so it's not just the collagen that's doing all of this. I mix 2 scoops with my morning Nespresso using a battery operated blender. It mixes perfectly. I've never had any clumping. I have not used it in any other way, so I cannot speak to room temp or cold mixing. I will absolutely continue with this brand of Collagen.

I’m having great results with this product so far, it mixes easily in my coffee and there is no taste that I can detect. My nails are definitely growing that’s the first thing I’ve noticed. It’s early days so I will see what other benefits I notice.

YES IT DOES HAVE A SMELL AND A TASTE! So beware. I’m very sensitive to anything and everything fish!!! So yes it has a bit of a fish smell and taste! I know so people got lucky with theirs but mine absolutely has a smell and taste. I refuse to put it in my coffee cause I don’t want my coffee to taste fishy lol so I just mix it in a super small cup and down it really fast. If it weren’t for the smell and taste I would give it 5 stars. I’m absolutely in love with this product. My skin feels soooo much better. I’m having LESS brake outs ( no not gone but way way less), I have more energy, my digestion is way more on track, and my hair feels amazing. I do not take the full dose. I do half. The fishness of it doesn’t sit well with me so I just do half in a small cup and take a quick shot. But even with the half dose I’m noticing a HUGE difference. I personally would like to try a different brand. One that TRULY has no fish smell or taste. You may not notice it in coffee but like I said I’m sensitive to fish so I really notice it. It did make my coffee creamer which was cool but no my morning has to be perfect or I’m unsatisfied all day. I suggest starting off with the small bag and see how u like it. I got the big bag so now I’m stuck with the fish smell for a while lol but the product does truly work amazing.

Day 1. Added this to my coffee. It doesn’t add any flavor or texture 🙌. Will update in 30 days to see if I notice any of the listed benefits. But no flavor and dissolving completely was a big deal!

Love this stuff! Helps with my hair, skin nails and joints! Put it in my morning hot drinks, no taste at all.

It works so well yet I skip it do not use it daily but the result is still great.
