The only drawback is the weight, but some may even consider that an advantage, and it comes with the territory for such fantastic cookware. This 3.5qt saucier heats very evenly and very quickly, and the size is big enough, you can cook nearly anything in it. Sure, sauces, but also one-pot meals, even small stir-fry. And with the fantastic no-river handles, cleanup is a relative breeze. It ain’t cheap, but while you do not always get what you pay for, you definitely have to pay for what you get, and Demeyere delivers across the board: easy cleanup, good looks, excellent heat distribution.
