Good quality and fits Anova wifi sous vide
No issues; fits Anova WiFi sous vide no problem. Bought two (one as a gift) over the last four years and have had no issues.

Surprisingly worth the money
If you have the container for this lid then it is really a good investment. You can take the clamp off you cooker and use less water. Also, does a great job of keeping water and heat in at higher ( 165 +) temps

Why so much $...?
It works well and seems well made, but is the most expensive lid I've ever come across. Definitely a luxury item vs other options. I SV several times a week so it was worth it to me, but probably wouldn't be to most.

Perfecta en todo
Encaja perfectamente con la cubeta C10 de la misma marca, como es lógico. No deja que el vapor de la cocción salga, evitando la perdida de agua en cocciones muy largas. En mi caso la utilizo con el circulador KitchenBoss y la adaptación es perfecta. Anteriormente probe otro "llamado universal" y no encajaba bien. Este cumple sobradamente con el cometido. El ajuste de la abertura es a base de unas pestaás de silicona suave que permite una adaptación perfecta y evita la salida de vapores casi al 100% La tapa es de policarbonato y deja una sensación una alta calidad. Bastante rígida y encaje perfecto. Asa superior para poder levantas y sacar la tapa. Recomiendo la tapa junto con la cubeta C10 por ser un producto muy bien hecho.
