It's very healthy to do so. Some of the grains in this mix may take a little longer to cook than white rice. I normally just let it sit in the rick cooker for an extra 10 mins after it's done before opening the lid. **Q: has anybody cooked this blend in an Instant Pot? Times? Pressure?** A: Yes, I cooked this blend, Haigamai and white rice mixed with my favorite rice cooker. The proportion of the three kinds of rice is up to you and mine is 1:2:4 something like that. Because my blend is mainly white rice and I soak the rice in the water for several hours, I set the button on the rice cooker to white rice setting. I’m cooking this blend for years and my husband and I love this very much.
