Would this work on a clawfoot tub? The top edges are rounded unlike a regular tub, so I am wondering if anyone has used this for that?

I wouldn't think it would sit very well. The sides are flat so it would just barely be resting on the edge of the tub. I would think it would have a hard time balancing once you put toys or soaps in it. There is no way to really secure it to the edge of that type of a bathtub unless you have a really thick (2 in or more) edge on your particular style.

Do you think this would work with a bathtub that had a sliding glass door? There is only 1-2 inches on the tub side for it to rest on.

Mine edge is just only 1/2" and it very stable. Here's a video demo I created - https://youtu.be/B5cU4fJfEzw

What size tubs will this fit? Max inside width of tub? Ours measures 25 inches inside.

Ours is about 23 inches and looks like it would totally expand another 4 -5 inches so it would fit. I'm totally satisfied with mine but my 3 year old son is the only one who uses that tub so I have no problems with the curtain

Can this be washed in the dishwasher?

Yes it says right in the description that it can be washed in the dishwasher on the top shelf. Pro tip: beware of anything that looks like it should be washed in the dishwasher but that can't be washed in the dishwasher. That usually means a poorly made product. If it's not tough enough to go in the dishwasher, it's not tough enough to live in your house.
