Are these airtight? If I stored clothing with desiccant packs in dry but humid place, would they prevent mold?

Since the bags are not sealed nor waterproof, there are still chances that moisture penetrate through the bags. We don't recommend using them in a moist environment nor use them as products that block moisture. We recommend using moisture absorbing product like silica gel packs/desiccant and moth balls in the bag to keep you belonging dry and safe if you consider moisture issue.

If these are stored in a shed can mice chew through the material?

I have the same question. We've never had mice in our attic, but it's possible. I do worry about that aspect in terms of where to store these. Of course, I had mice chew through boxes in a paid storage unit, so you never know. If any one has had experience with that please tell us.

Would they be able to move like pots and pans?

Sure, as long as there are no sharp edges. The bags are a heavy plastic (woven), they're not hard sided but strong enough for 50-60 pounds of materials.
