It work with a 1994-1999 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD. **Q: will this work on a 2003 honda element lower ball joint?** A: I used it on a Honda element and didn't have any problems. You just have to find the correct combination to press it out. I'd reccomend having a ball joint separator on hand as well.
