My husband and I recently downsized from a house to an apartment and space was an issue. I turned an 'L' shaped storage room into a walk-in pantry and wanted a couple of rugs to brighten the space. These red runners are perfect, and the price was too as it's just a pantry area. I was concerned when they arrive, rolled and in clear plastic, because they looked too dark. But, they were great! They are not bright red but more of cranberry red. They really are true to the color of the picture. The rubber backing let's them lay down and not slide around. I am absolutely pleased with these runners, and they're so very reasonable!

The size was perfect for our needs. We use it to keep the floor cleaner and trap the small stones that we track in on the bottom of our shoes to keep from scratching the hardwood floors. Our kitchen counter is right there when you walk in so we track dirt, mud, and small stones from outside. I like that it’s not thick and has a short pile of rug fibers because it doesn’t let dirt get down into the rug which made vacuuming a breeze. It stays put with a grip pad sewn in which covers the entire backside of the rug. I have yet to wash it but imagine it will wash well because it is very thin. I took a close up to show that it’s actually a combination of different shades of brown which makes it more attractive then the picture online. I wouldn’t say this is something you would want to step on barefoot at your bedside however. It’s not fluffy or soft.

I needed to get rugs because my 15 year old cockapoo was struggling on the hardwood floors with slipping or getting knocked over and couldn’t get up. I needed 4 10’ rugs, but I didn’t want to spend a fortune on them. These rugs were just the answer. The rug is very thin & isn’t attractive, but very functional. It does not move unless I’m really trying to scoot it (and I was wearing crocs). So far the dogs are doing well on it and I see the rugs being very useful. I ordered 1 to make sure it was non-slip for the dogs, and now I ordered 3 more. I’ll likely have to get a couple small ones as well.

Love this mat....we have older dogs and out hardwood floors were making it difficult for them to get about. This has been a great way to help them get around our home without slipping and hurting them selves. It's economical, easy to clean and looks good!

True to color. But this rug IS NOT non slip. The bottom is slick and is its on linoleum or laminate or hardwood its going to be so over the place. I'm constantly having to put it back where it should be.

If you have an elderly dog that has become unstable on hardwood or tile floors, these are a life saver. I bought several for different rooms for my elderly dog and it was a game changer. She once again was able to walk on our tile and hardwood floors without slipping or falling. They clean up easy with your vacuum and look new after lots of use.
