it was a bit tricky to get the new filter fully fitted inside the unit. but with a bit of work it was a good fit and a nice priced replacement for the original

We love our Dyson unit but the OEM filters are crazy expensive! I found this item and it works perfect. I really like that I can get a two pack for less than a single OEM part. They can be tricky to get just right while replacing but that is a minor issue to save a lot of money and get a great product. We have four dogs in the house so having a good filter makes a world of difference. The two part filter keeps the dog odors under control and we are getting almost six months out of each filter. Great product, great value!

Works good and fits well, but had to do kinda force it in for it position appropriately. For the first couple of weeks, I did experience the air quality being marked as severe, however after cleaning the air sensors in the back of the fan (the two half inch slots), the air quality dropped down to good again. So be sure to clean your sensors prior to installing, otherwise, you may get a bad air quality rating. Look on YouTube to see how to clean your sensors. Additionally, noise level and weight are all normal as expected.

Me and another person have been trying for the past 3 hours to install these replacement Hepa air filters for this Dyson floor fan, and it’s nearly impossible. These filters are supposed to fit a “Dyson Air Purifier Floor Fan, model “TP04” - HEPA Air Purifier and Tower Fan.” These (double layer) replacement filters are ridiculously overpriced - and they won’t fit (or click into place), and the enclosed installation instructions are terrible. We’ve even been watching Dyson YouTube video tutorials on how to do it, which shouldn’t be necessary. Seriously….. Why does Dyson have to make a two-layer filter (that’s four separate parts) which won’t easily click into the fan’s housing? Terrible design. I purchased two of these fans in 2021, which came to $1,349.98. This fan cost me over $624 EACH, not including taxes. No matter which way that I’ve tried to install these (replacement) fan filters, they won’t “click” into place to fit into the housing cavity of the floor fan. You also can’t clear the error message on the fan’s front digital display either to get rid of it, even though the filter is installed and is working… Not buying Dyson products any more.

This seems like a perfect replacement for the original Dyson air filter. Installation is a breeze, has 1 more extra step compared to the original. Works just as well and is a great value. The original Dyson lasted us about 9 months. We’ll see how long this one lasts.

Fits perfect, I have not noticed any difference. we will see in time. But so far this is great. Knock offs usually have something different. old filter lasted 1 year.
