I need to revise my earlier question: why does this set come with a 10-32 unf tap? shouldn't they all be unc taps?

The 10-32 tap is the most common #10 tap. 10-24 is usually found in Chinese hardware assortments and on certain farm equipment and threaded holes in soft aluminum products. Both are included in most tap sets.

Are these split point drill bits?

Yes, with 135-degree split point.

What size are the bits and taps

6 - 40 Tap, #33 Drill; 8 - 36 Tap, #29 Drill; 10 - 24 Tap, #25 Drill; 10 - 32 Tap, #21 Drill; 1/4'' - 28 Tap, #3 Drill; 5/16'' - 20 Tap, #F Drill; 3/8'' - 24 Tap, #Q Drill; 7/16 - 20 Tap, 25 - 64'' Drill

I can find no marks or indications identifying Country of Origin on any of the individual drills, taps or index.
