I'm 53 years old and going through menopause, and this supplement has been wonderful for me. I feel like it gives me the balance I needed in my daily life. It's a high-quality product, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a complete B complex.

I finally decided I ought to be taking a B complex because I know it’s good for so many issues and parts of the body. Reading through this one sounded like it was high-quality. It dawned on me about a week ago that my hair and nails are longer and stronger. I’ve been taking it about a month. I’m also recently pleased with how the skin on my hands and face looks. I’ll stay with this brand because of the success. Now that I realize there’s clearly a difference (my nails no longer bend easily nor have I had any splits) I’m going to take it only every other day now just to avoid any possibility of toxicity, figuring that my body has now been saturated successfully, and I can back off a little bit. Update several months later .. I got compliments from TWO close friends who don’t know each other after not having seen them for six months (they live in a different state from me). They both couldn’t get over the quality of my skin, said I looked so much younger. I too had become quite pleased lately with the quality my skin (I’m 68), I was kind of amazed with it to be honest. I had forgotten that it could be this B complex, and let it run out, then started using another brand that I get for free with my insurance. The other day, two months after my first brand ran out, I looked in an outside mirror I have and was shocked at the craggy deep lines..I had not seen them so noticeably before. I immediately ordered these again and they finally arrived last week. I’m sooooo hoping my body responds in the same way as it did before! I’ll update here if it does…

I've been a big fan of B-Vitamins...especially B6. Many moons ago, I suffered from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome from my computer job. It came to a point where I could not even drive nor close my fingers. Then I remember seeing an article from Andrew Weil, M.D where he recommends this vitamin for naturally addressing CTS. I tried it and in a few days, my fingers loosened up, my wrists were no longer hurting and have been a convert ever since. I've recommended it to others. I AM NOT A DOCTOR, to be certain. I started getting CTS again due to use of computers and YES, the dreaded smartphone (typing with the thumb while holding it with the same hand is not friendly to the extremities. These Bronson Super B100 Vitamin B complex fits the bill. Pain has all but gone AND all I see is the positive 'yellow' residue (those who take these will concur) indicating that the vitamin is working.

This is one of the better B complex and B supplements I’ve taken. I had energy that lasted all day—where others I’ve hardly noticed a difference. I have been chronically fatigued for a long time and this made me feel like I came back to life—I kept telling my friends how weird it felt to not feel fatigued all day. The pills are kind of big but otherwise taste and smell fine. I took them around 7 am and they didn’t quit on me—even by 7 pm!

Just started taking so don’t have enough knowledge to access. The ingredients look to be really incredible.
