My Can Am Outlander was throwing a coolant temp sensor code and I wanted to go OEM on the replacement. This Bosch sensor dropped right in and the code never came back. Cheaper than what the dealer wanted and the part quality is exactly what you would expect from Bosch.

If you get an unusual fan type symbol popping up on your display, it could mean that the temperature sensor is no longer in spec. That's what happened to me, and this unit solved the problem.

OEM part for my 2017 Indian Scout ABS. Replaced the failed one with this and it works great. It’s a shame the original failed, but the replacement works five stars for now. Original one lasted 6 years.

This part was an EXACT match to the original equipment part (also Bosch) that was in my 2014 Traverse, right down to the number engraved on the part. That’s a good thing because the effort to replace the sensor is hard enough due to poor accessibility. Don’t kill yourself trying to finesse releasing the plastic locking clip on the connection harness. If you have more than 70,000 miles on the car, the clip is brittle from the heat it’s been exposed to. It will break off. The plug is rather tight, so it should stay connected without it.
