I brought the Muscle one, with rosemary & lemon, when added to the bath water, it has yellowish sticky lumps and when on you’re skin was so hard to get off and stained my bathtub had to scrub it with a abrasive sponge Was very unpleasant. Was like coving yourself in super glue. People stay away from that. Nasty stuff. Wouldn’t recommend 👎

Used to enjoy products from this brand, but this bath salt should be illegal. As other reviews mention, it leaves behind a sticky brownish residue that is impossible to get off even with the harshest cleaning products. Thought I had gotten it all off, but unfortunately not, now also my £100 bed sheet is ruined.

So disappointed in this product compared with others in their range. Nasty scum on the surface of the water and strange sticky pieces, that stuck to me and the bath! Really hard to clean off. Definitely won’t be buying again

I’ve had this before and it’s been fine, but the last two I ordered, when put in the bath, created thick orange slick on water surface. I got in anyway, but it all stuck to me, it was awful. I wonder if it was old stock? Or a dodgy batch? I tired both packs and they were the same.

I use magnesium flakes all the time but these ones left orange marks all over my bath. These marks will not scrub off. I have tried bleach and mould remover but nothing works.

This product left sticky grey brown marks in my bath - difficulty cleaning - awful! I shan’t be purchasing again, hope I can get a refund too!

I mix water and Igual part of these flakes in a spray bottle and spray it under the foot soles, for a deeper sleep . It can also be used on areas where there is muscle tension .This mix can also be used as a deodorant!

In bath for a muscle pain

I debated on giving this a two or three star rating, but as I will not be buying this brand again, figured a 2 star was probably more appropriate to my experience. I got this to help with migraines and neck soreness and while it did provide more relief than traditional epsom salts, these magnesium flakes left a gross brown sticky goop in the water when they dissolved. It seems to have gotten worse as I have gotten to the bottom of the bag. I’ve used magnesium flakes before, and didn’t have this issue. Once I realized that the goop was coming from the flakes, I was able to see it being left behind in the water as it dissolved. I haven’t noticed an odor or anything with the goop, but it’s very stick and hard to clean off. Before I figured out what was going on, it would be left on my leg even after scrubbing it with soap and a loofa after soaking. I got it on my hands prior to writing this review and washing with soap and water wasn’t enough to get the stickiness all the way off. If this doesn’t bother you, the product does seem to do what it says on the tin, but I’ll be trying a different brand that doesn’t leave a mess.
