The bottle that was sent to me has no safety seal. The lid had tape over it to keep the powder from leaking out. Shouldn't there be a safety seal?

One treat is about 1/2 inch in diameter, a good size for a cat's mouth as it more or less forces them to use their teeth rather than just swallow it whole.
