The case as ripped along the sides and the rubber on the sides for “shock proofing” turned to a play dough over time. Due to the type of damage the life proof company won’t replace it. Did work for being waterproof hints why I got the case in the first place however with the damage of the case I would rather be without a case. This has to be the worst Lifeproof case I’ve ever owned, hands down. And I’ve owned several for every iPhone I’ve ever had. It hasn’t been able to snap together completely. The screen protector leaves a smudge-like mark on top of the phone so it’s hard to see the screen and scanners have a hard time picking up any codes. I’ve had people in drive-thrus tell me my screen is wet. Overall very disappointed in this case.

Love these cases and this was such a great deal. I had a life proof case on my last phone that I accidentally drove over with a work truck and there was only minor damage to the camera! Also, the customer service with lifeproof is amazing! If there’s anything wrong, they will replace it for the cost of shipping

Bought this for my daughter’s iPhone 11. Apple store guy told her she didn’t need a case, but she wouldn’t use the new phone until it was protected. She tends to drop her phone a lot. She had an Otter Box case while in college and studying abroad. The case had some wear and tear but never a problem with the phone. However Otter Box is bulky and hard to fit in jeans pocket. She switched to Life Proof brand with her previous phone (iPhone 7). The only problem after a year or so was that the case hindered the microphone during speaker calls. With the new case and new phone we don’t notice any speaker phone issues. The fact that the case is waterproof is a plus. She works with animals and the phone sometimes falls in the water bowls.
