The light is perfect for a small boat. It isn't too bright, so doesn't kill night vision. But strong enough to be seen. It has two threaded bolt holes, one on the side one at the bottom. So you can use other mounting systems and different angles. Thread size about the same as standard tripod mount for camera. Very useful.
