Have gone to an Oribe-affiliated salon for years and for a long time poo-pooed purchasing the products simply because of the sky-high price point. I was already using "good" shampoo-conditioner (R + Co) which, while plenty pricey itself, still seemed almost like a bargain compared to the Oribe. One Christmas, I finally cracked during a good promotion and, man, quickly I admitted I was wrong—this stuff really is the best. My hair has never been softer, shinier, or easier to style. It also smells great, with a scent that never overwhelms, but does last, and I think it's kept my fine but often dry hair both a lot healthier, and feeling thicker than it ever did on any other project regime. The price still stings, but the 1 L bottles last a long, long time. Even with daily washes I probably only go through 2 to 2-1/2 bottles per year. The pump dispensers are great and easy to use and the packaging does feel/look luxe which isn't essential, but adds to the overall "treat 'yo self" feel. Have tried other high-end shampoos and conditioners and always come back to the Oribe, with the Gold Lust line being my absolute go-to. Can't say enough good things. If you're on the fence, like I was for so long, give it a try and see if you're also convinced the ridiculously high price, which still does feel silly, is, at least relatively speaking, worth it. Keep an eye out for holiday and other promotions, that make the sticker shock just a bit less shocking.

Due to a negligent hair dresser, I ended up with an amazing bald spot. Another hair dresser was wonderful and recommended the Oribe Gold Lust shampoo and conditioner to help with regrowth and repair for damaged hair! I’ve only been using it for just shy of a month and the pictures posted above were taken 4 weeks apart! I cannot believe how quickly my hairs have started to grow back! The smell of this product is great, doesn’t leave a gross residue and is 100% the best shampoo and conditioner set I’ve used! My hairs so much softer, stronger and just looks great! I’d absolutely recommend this brand, especially the Gold Lust to all my family and friends!! I’m also extremely sensitive to smells, they affect my asthma and can make me very sick! I was so please that this brand didn’t bother me because their scent isn’t overpowering, but just the right blend! Which is another bonus!!
