The taste is good for a green drink. Be realistic with yourself, it's not fruit punch, but as far as green drinks, I think it's alright. It's earthy, so if you hate vegetables you might do better with the pill$. This stuff has helped me enormously. When I take this regularly I have complete control over my eating. It makes it very easy to say no to extra portions and I dont get crazy intense cravings for junk food. 👹 I have lost 25 pounds since starting a weight loss program which involves a lot of walking and A LOT of controlling what I put in my pie hole (which is made possible by this green drink.) The downside is that this is expensive. I stopped taking it for about 3 weeks, thinking it wasn't worth the price. Well, after one week my appetite was harder to control and by the 3rd week I was just eating whatever I wanted because I was hungry ALL THE TIME. I've been back on this drink for 2 weeks now, and low and behold, I'm the captain again. One problem I developed was thinking, "if a little is good, more is great". Well, it started to feel like I was drinking a swamp when I make it too strong, and that's when it really got too expensive. This time around I have been sticking with the dose directions, but I do add an additional serving some days. I think what it does for me, is give me some level of nutrition (?) that my body is missing, thereby allowing me to keep Mr. Hyde 👹 locked away. If your appetite is driven by something else (emotional, not nutritional), this might not help you. I dont know, I'm not a doctor. I'm just guessing my way through life. I must reiterate; this is a very helpful tool, but it's not a magical weightloss potion. I still dont get to eat bags of chips, cupcakes and cheeseburgers whenever I want. This just helps me to not need to do that. Other helpful weight-loss tools I've been using: better walking shoes (asics), good shoe inserts (spenco total support), drinking enough water, massage gadgets (to help me recover when I walked too far/fast) and writing down what I eat and sticking to the approximate amount of calories my body needs each day (made possible with this green stuff). For the first time in my life, I'm on a "lifestyle change" plan, not a "the event is in 2 months" diet. Best of health to you.

I’ve been taking this product for several years. It supports your thyroid and adrenals. I always feel more energy when I take it consistently. I add a tbsp to a glass of water each morning . It tastes like barley greens , but it dissolves easily .

Although this tastes like I'm literally drinking liquid grass, it isn't bad and sometimes I just put it in my morning smoothie. I feel very good about drinking it and I do feel like I have noticed a difference in my energy. I will continue to purchase this product to continue to invest in my health and provide my body many nutrients I may not get through out the day.

I bought this after reading a review posted on the NIH NCBI web site. Google NCBI and Kyo-Green. Do not consume before bedtime: it will keep you awake. I find I have a bit more endurance when working in the yard, etc. UPDATE: I ordered the tablets, disliking a mix of the powder with water. The tablets appeared to be a better value but the dosage on the tablet container is 3 grams whereas the powder gives a dosage of 5 grams. If using a five gram dosage, the powder costs $.83 per dose before tax and shipping, and the tablets costs $.87 per dose before tax and shipping. At the 5 gram dosage the tablets last 18 days per bottle, not thirty. 10 tablets equal 5 grams.
