This machine it’s well built, easy to assemble, easy to take apart to fold up and store, I keep mine out and it does take up some space so make sure you have the room for it , the massage pad isn’t very comfortable on the unit so I use it in my chair it does come off and on. I also like that it has extra straps for your ankles to keep you from sliding, but I wear my shoes so they keep me in place as it does keep you in place once you pull the lock lever in place. Yes this is a great investment I have a lot of back issues and I only use this a couple days a week for Two to three minutes and it’s enough to relieve the pain. I would recommend getting this one.

I use the table 4-5 times per week on the 40* angle and my back has never felt better. There are two types of massage and I love the second option that pulses and then alternates the areas. Overall the table does everything I want it to and my family loves it! My only complaint to the company is to make sure they seat all the nuts and bolts prior to shipping. One or two came loose (they're put in position in the table frame and then loosely tightened to make assembly easier) and were bouncing around loose in the box, which was torn in a few places in transit. I just got lucky that they didn't find a hole and drop out of the box. Otherwise, completely satisfied with the purchase.

If you are like me then your back pain is miserable and you need something to work otherwise you'll go insane. I herniated 2 discs 18 years ago and every few years do something to really annoy the lower back and the sciatica pain comes back. This time it was moving house from one state to another, I really messed up this time. This inversion table helped me get my lower back better but don't think this will do it alone if you have severe sciatica, it will take a combinations of efforts. I took inflammation medication from the doctor, 1 to 1.5 hours a day of sciatica back stretching, core exercises and 15-20 mins per day of this inversion table. It took me 3 weeks of that regimen every single day, without fail. The inversion table is solidly built, easy to put together and it works! I could not give it 5 stars as the ankle/shin pad is extremely uncomfortable and I have to wrap my shins with a towel before clamping the bar to your shin area. If they can master a more comfortable leg brace then it would be perfect.

This is the best couple-hundred bucks I have EVER spent. I've been carrying DD breasts around for more than 30 years, which has taken its toll on my lower back. Too, I am a computer geek by trade and by hobby, so I spend a lot of time sitting. The stretch I get from this inversion table is perfect. It took about 20-25 minutes to put together alone, and I use it at least once a day - sometimes several times per day. It's very comfortable, and, provided the height adjustment is correct, incredibly easy to move from upright to lowered and back again. There are four settings - the first is a barely noticeable decline at 20 degrees. 40 degrees is more noticeable, and I usually hang out at 60 degrees. 60 seems to be the sweet spot for giving my heart enough wiggle room to keep things from pooling entirely in my head - if I go full vertical, I can only hang for a few minutes before I start feeling a bit too clogged in the face. The device is sturdy and the ankle holds are comfortable. I don't use the pad on the machine itself - it creates a bump on my spine I don't care for. However, I *do* use it as a heated massage pad when working in my office chair sometimes. All in all, just a fantastic product, worth every penny.

My fifteen year old son assembled this without any problems. I have had back and neck pain for many years. My pain had recently gotten so severe that I couldn’t walk or even turn over in bed without having terrible pain. My pain was so severe that my husband had to help me out of restaurants multiple times, because after rising from my chair I was in so much pain that I could barely move. After being in almost constant pain for several months, this inversion table has given me much relief of pain. If I skip a day using the inversion table, I notice that I start having worsening pain. Each person with neck and back pain has different diagnoses and symptoms, so this device might not help everyone, but it has helped me tremendously. It has not necessarily cured me, but it has definitely decreased my level of pain and helped me walk without pain with every step.
