This is the only fertilizer I ever use for my tomatoes. They grow and produce fruit like crazy when using this product. Three spikes per tomato plant will last all season. Excellent product. Look at these pictures. These are a short Bush Roma tomato plant. I got over 50 lb last year with six plants using this fertilizer.

product took a long time to arrive but were easily delivered to the plants. No clue as to frequency of administering. Plants doing well to date.

Simple to use: just push a couple into the earth near the tomato plant, and forget about it for a few weeks. This fertilizer is highest on Phosphorous (for roots), so it is primarily for promotion of root growth early the in the plant's growing cycle. Once the tomato plant is flowering and producing fruit, it might be best to supplement with a more traditional "Tomato Feed" fertilizer, one that is higher on Potassium (for vigor and fruit) and perhaps also Nitrogen (for leaves).
