What is the NPK for this?

HI,I don't believe there is any added fertilizer in this mix. The combined media contain natural nutrients, hold moisture and drain excess as necessary. I use those little fertilizer spikes on my orchids, but not too often as you don't want to stress the plant by making it bloom too often or grow faster than normal. This product has been a good transplant medium for me, though you should use a plastic pot so it doesn't dry out too fast. You can put that pot in a cachepot or other container that looks better. My favorite orchid blooms long and fully (the last spray lasted 6 months) in this medium in a bright window. I move the plant throughout the year to keep the right exposure. Good luck!

i know this isnt exactly about the pot but, i received a phal as a gift. How do i know its a mini or not?

A mini is REALLY tiny, with a pot that's no more than about 1-3 inches across. It would have cost a lot less than a regular sized orchid. The key with orchids is to keep or transplant them into plastic pots that you can slip into other, prettier containers if you want. If you transplant orchid to a clay pot it will dry out too fast. The plastic helps keep the medium moist. Don't overwater. Use 1/2 tsp. granulated Miracid in 1 quart watering can. Let orchid dry out between waterings then drench and let the water flow through it to be caught in a saucer or cachepot. Try to mist at least every other day with plain water. Mine are many years old and they bloom about every other year, but the blooms last for months and months.

How large are the bark pieces, 1/4", 1/2"?

I would say 1/4" I am not a good judge of this ..It was my first orchid and I have already managed to kill is after replanting it.

Question 4

Is there also soil/dirt in this mixture?  i bought another brand of orchid potting mix and i basically had to wash the soil out of the mixture.

This had very little dirt, mostly moss & bark.  But it had some dirt that seemed to not hold a lot of water.
