Sax True Flow Gloss Glaze - 1 Pint - Natural Clear

I used this clear gloss glaze with my high school 3-D Art I students, and the results were excellent. We applied it to about 65 ceramic pieces (ranging from 6" to 8"), and every project came out with a smooth, glossy finish that really enhanced the students’ work. Has worked perfectly so far. Don't listen to some of the other bad reviews - those are from people who don't know how to use ceramic glazes. This is for low fire pottery. If you properly fire it in a kiln, it'll come out great. Perfectly glossy and smooth with an even finish when you do 3+ coats.

Good for ceramics

I wanted to make these plates food safe so planned to paint this glaze on. It looks horrible! Chalky and fortunately washed off even after drying. I remembered to snap this photo just as I started washing the glaze off. Maybe this is for a type of craft I don’t know about
