Does it take standard blades?

What's a standard blade? These cutters comes in a variety of styles, each with its own blades. This cutter takes 'Slotted Blade 10-436'. Let me add, this cutter does not retract the blade. The cutting edge of the blade is always exposed.

How many blades come with it?

I don't remember how many blades came with the cutter, but I had bought 2 packages of blades.
