Helped me
Helps with organ prolapse. It takes a long time for me, at least 3 months of everyday use, at least 2 times daily, to strengthen the muscles. It is a traditional medicine for raising the Chi in the center and lower regions of the body. Also helps with digestive issues. I don't want surgery right now; I have used this successfully in the past. I also combined it with special exercises and some topical castor oil packs for pain. I had a cytocele and an old navel hernia, making that area weaker. It was very painful to walk, but after 3 weeks, I started noticing a bit of difference, then after 3 months, a much bigger improvement. Read about it online. But also remember, herbs take a lot of time to build up in you. It's not an overnight thing. And everyone's different. Talk to a TCM Doctor to get advice if you want to know if it's right for you.

Invigorating pills - I feel 20 years younger
These pills give me a lot of energy and stamina. I started out taking 4 pills once a day a couple of days ago and have dialed back to 3. I did yard work out in 93+ degrees for over 5 hours and did not feel worn out or tired at all. I feel 20 years younger. I know my liver, kidney, and spleen have been a little run down so am very satisfied with the outcome thus far in my Qi-building journey. I feel like I’ve lived in burnout mode for a while now and this is the first time I can say, “wow, I feel great!”. No fatigue and no pain. Awesome!

This is my 4th bottle. I cannot seem to have enough energy without this. We are in stressful times and this is the thing that keeps me functioning with energy to conquer each day. Hopefully it works for you the way it does for me.

One of many things I am trying for my hernia
I have bought a couple of bottles but I am not sure how much they are helping with the hernia. I am wearing a belt and doing hernia specific exercises and I think they are helping the most. The Chinese medicine isn't giving me any gut issues so that is good, but I am unlikely to purchase more.

Useless and Messes with digestion
After a couple of weeks of trying this product, I have confirmed that it is certainly not suited for my digestive system and I have a very tolerant and well functioning system. I also did not see any impact what so ever.
