I really don't understand how reviewers are reporting that these balls help with static cling?!?! I gave mine their first try this morning - they did shorten the drying time by moving the clothes around a lot more, which is great, but when I pulled out the dried clothes they were totally stuck together - a static mess. So, I tossed the load back into the dryer with a damp towel and a couple of dryer sheets and ran the drier again. Much better! Like many of the reviewers, I'd love to quit using the dryer sheets, but this sure doesn't seem to be the answer.
