Designed for gamers and professionals alike, it combines compact ergonomics with splash-proof durability and multimedia keys, compatible across major PC platforms. ## Description From the manufacturer The Redragon K552 is a tenkeyless keyboard with a fairly minimal design theme, the borders surrounding the keyboard are small. The measurements for the Redragon are Length: 355 mm Width: 120 mm Height: 35 mm This keyboard is a meat and potatoes keyboard, you get all the standard stuff without a lot of extra overworked functions or designs. The review version seen in the pictures is the non backlight version but the K552 has the following options Black case and caps with red backlight Black case and caps with RGB backlight White case and caps with red backlight White case and caps with RGB backlight Black or white case with no backlight at all There are some design, let’s call them decisions, that are absolutely ghastly, but its something you have to live considering the Redragons value. There’s a pretty large Redragon logo right above the arrow cluster and the labels for the function keys is for some reason aligned to the right.3333Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Outside of those eccentricities, the Redragon is a pretty straightforward keyboard, the case is a little unique as well, the keys and switches are sunken in a high profile case, I’m not the biggest fan of this design. The Redragon comes with a standard row of function keys on the F keys, with the keycaps labelled appropriately. The function keys are F1: Launch music F2: Decrease volume F3: Increase volume F4: Mute F5: Stop F6: Last track F7: Play/pause F8: Next track F9: Mail F10: Homepage F11: Lock/log out F12: Calculator There are two status LEDs above the arrow cluster to indicate for caps and scroll lock, definitely a fan of this design choice to keep the overall foot print of the keyboard small. The feet on this keyboard leave a lot to be desired, with very thin strips of rubber at the base of this keyboard. Luckily the keyboard is heavy so sliding around isn’t a huge issue. The kickstand feet are built solidly, with a good grip on them, nothing unique about its design here. The keyboard case is entirely plastic, no premium materials here, but I don’t you should be expecting that at this point. The case is made entirely of a matte black plastic and is plenty sturdy for regular or even ragey gaming use. The backplate is actually made of a brushed aluminum and is what I would suspect is contributing to the weight of the keyboard overall.
