Can this be used safely on color treated hair? And will it lighten it same as natural hair?

I don't know the answer, am a natural blonde and use it more to brighten the look of my natural color, not change it completely.

Does it affect clorhes when you apply it?

I have not had any issue with random Sun-In Spray damaging fabric.

Is this good for lightening roots of light brown hair dyed blond?

Brown hair tends to go reddish (I like how it looks, like highlights)... certainly lighter, but not ever going to get blond. Might be worth a try though to mask the new hair and get a few more weeks. It seems to be very mild too for skin and hair damage.
