Will the fuel line connector on the tank mate properly with the connector of the hose from a 6hp Tohatsu gas tank (3 gal.) or will I need some kind of adapter??

The tank has a threaded female fitting. Not sure the exact size (could be 3/8"npt). You should be able to easily adapt from the fitting to a hose for your outboard. Various fittings are available such as a quick disconnect.

i used this tank in application where no access to the filling cap, can anyone help me where i can find some adapters to make remote filling Cap?

This tank is not intended to be used as you described. It is a portable tank . Any modifications to the tank will be dangerous.

When installing the QD fitting onto the tank has anyone fastened it flush. I was kinda scared to put too much torque on it being its only plastic.

It needs to be flush and just lightly hand tight.
