What a great relief, to finally find a product that actually does what it promises to do! I haven't had a cold sore in over ten years and so I forgot how itchy, painful and unsightly it can be! Mine was on the corner of my nose so it was hard to avoid hitting it when blowing. Definitely recommend this product, it relieved all the worst symptoms quickly. Not greasy or smelly.

I have used this cream for many years and it works amazing, if you use it as soon as you feel the cold sore start, you can stop it from getting ugly and even using it after it erupts it shortens the healing time significantly. Make sure to buy the tube not the pump, the pump dries out between use, the tube does not.
