who's getting expired ink? Happened to me twice.

Why is this saying it will not work in my HP Business Inkjet 1200? I've been using this part/model # for many, many years.

The box for HP 10 (C4844A) lists HP Business Inkjet 1200 as one of the printers this cartridge is made for, so it is supposed to work. I'm looking right at a HP 10 (C4844A) box right now. Sorry I can't help with anything other than what I just wrote.
