The items all seem very sturdy and well made. I have confidence that these attachments will hold my camera securely. Now that being said I warn you to take your time and pay attention when attaching and detaching the clips and screws. Their sturdy construction means it takes a little more "Ummpfh" to seat or release the connections, and when that's the case then "Hulk in hurry" leads quickly to "Hulk snap plastic in half". Just take your time and these should last a good long while (barring being slammed into things during bungee, bicycle, skateboard, or BASE jumps gone horribly wrong...you know...like in the videos we've all watched on YouTube at sometime or other.)My only other compliant is kinda of nit picky but here it is. The had room to hold everything but the cut out foam has some spaces that don't make sense for any of the pieces (at least not that I can tell).
