I started off with the xx soft just squeezing and rolling my strength is already starting to improve and have now started using the x soft and have incorporated the stretching between 2 fingers. I appreciate the exercises included which are exactly as my physio recommended for me. I still have pain but it is slowly reducing and keeping my hand as flexible as my injury allows. I'm looking forward to the day I can start using the firm but at the moment it's a long way off. I find myself reaching for this set when watching the tv, even my good hand benefits from this set preventing cramps. I'm hoping it will help to also prevent arthritis. Anfänglich kann sie mir weich vor. Aber das hat sich nach 3 bis 5-maliger Anwendung schnell geändert. Seit den ist sie wie in der Praxis. Durch die unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgrade kann ich die übungen super anpassen., denn das eine geht besser, das andere noch nicht. Das ganze noch zusätzlich in Farben sortiert.
