They have to put that on their site because their selling a 3 dollar fake coin for 50 bucks. Ouch .. people should read fully. Amazon is full of copies of coins. Amd it says so right on the site. Their is a lot of copies of silver rounds as well. Copies look very realistic. Read read read. This legal disclaimer is how they can avoid being sued and don’t have to return your money. Because Amazon holds your cash in a account for 90 days. This way they can’t actually rip people off and get by with it. Pay attention. Amd u can always get your money back if u notice with in this window u been duped on Amazon. Unless u find legal disclaimer like this telling u it’s a fake. Then u didn’t read fully and that’s on you. They can keep your money.

Their telling u it’s fake in a tiny area. It is buyer beware. It is up to us to pay attention. Keep your money close and always PAY ATTENTION! READ READ READ EVERYTHING!  Read entire site. They have to list somewhere on here it’s a fake. It they do not they have to refund your money. They can be removed from Amazon for this. Always pay attention. Their is a lot of fake coins on Amazon. Amd their coming out of china like a flood. be careful and pay attention my friend! Look at reviews of the seller itself. Make sure their 85% and higher. A good coin dealer on here will be 90% rating amd up. A good coin dealer is a good coin dealer.  A shady one will show in his reviews 80% amd under, avoid them. It is either what he says it is or isn’t. A coin should always be exactly what dealer says it is 100% of the time. add in picky people plus things getting lost. People not understanding the difference between gem and uncirculated condition amd different things amd u hit about 85-90% reviews ratings. Anything below that for coins sellers avoid. U will save your self a lot of trouble. I stick with them in the 90% on here and never had a issue myself. It either looks like the seller says or it doesn’t. Means their crooked or their not.
