Should it have one?** A: Yes, it should have a winch to lift trucks or other vehicles as show in the picture. **Q: Can the Light & Sound accessory be installed on this truck?** A: Yes it can! So cool. **Q: Do the wipers work?** A: No the wipers are fixed in place. You can’t move them. **Q: Two extra hooks - anyone figure out where they go?** A: Finally figured it out!! The hooks can attach to the ends of the chain by slipping into the ends! I'll post a pic in a review.
