Hello, Yes, as long as you don't use any kind of detergent and fabric softener when washing the cloths. There's no guarantee that you will be able to rinse out any detergent from the cloths and these residual chemicals may harden and clog the cloths and scratch your lens/screen. Hope this lens. These are 5 double-sided cleaning cloths (6.6-inch x 6.2 inches) and work very well. Use them for cleaning eye glasses and sun glasses and smug marks are removed very easy. I would recommend them.
