This amazing "toy" was a gift to my 2 year old grandson, who LOVES music. But, being 2, he has lost 3 of the instruments. Replacements available?

I contacted B toys directly about purchasing a missing piece and they sent the replacement piece to me for free!!! And it arrived in about 2 weeks.

Would it be okay for a bright 18 month old?

My 9 month old granddaughter was given this as a hand me down gift. She absolutely loves it. It is the older version which I think it's better.

The picture shows 13 instruments, but the description says there are only 7. Can someone tell me which it is? Thanks.

May 2016 -- Despite the photo and description stating 13 instruments are included, the one I just received had only 7 instruments. I returned it, and am looking elsewhere for the traditional 13-instrument set.

Are the lights that go around the area where you place the instruments supposed to light up?

If you mean the lights in the orchestra pit where you place the instruments while the music is playing, yes, ours light up. We have two of these one at my daughter's house and one here & our grand kids love them. I love them too b/c the music is real.
