Compré estas barras para mis canceles hacia el balcón. El producto se adapta muy bien a la medida de las ventanas e incluso pude ajustarlo para que quedara levemente abierta y mi gato pudiera entrar y salir, sin permitir un acceso más amplio. Tienen gomas en los extremos para no dañar los marcos de las ventanas y el material es de buena calidad. Espero jamás tener comprobar su resistencia, pero hasta ahora todo bien. Llevo más de 3 meses con ellas.

My balcony sliding door has sunk slightly over time and no longer catches the top track properly. Because of that, the door has actually fallen inward twice, which obviously made me uneasy about security, among other things. While I decide whether to repair or fully replace the door, I bought this security bar as a temporary and economical solution, and it has been perfect for that. It installs in seconds and feels very sturdy once it’s in place. Now the door physically cannot fall inward, which gives me peace of mind when I’m home and especially when I’m away. It has also been extremely windy the past few days, and honestly if I hadn’t had this bar in place I probably would have been in panic mode worrying about the door blowing open or shifting again. I also like that it’s adjustable and doesn’t require any drilling or permanent installation. It comes with a second bar that can be placed in the track for added security to prevent the door from sliding open, which I haven’t needed to use yet. Overall, it’s economical, simple, adjustable, and easy to use. If you have a sliding door that doesn’t feel secure or has alignment issues like mine, this is a very simple and effective fix. Photo included so you can see how it fits on a real sliding balcony door.

This security bar was easy to assembly and very sturdy. I have them under all my door knobs for extra protection. You cannot open the doors with these bars in place. You can adjust them to your like. The extra security is the reason I purchase them.
