## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you use this paint without the marker? As in, could i just use a regular brush for with this?**
A: You can do anything with it. Just keep in mind the
3-5 seconds quick dry time in the ink/paint. It quickly dries fast. So for the super chrome finish your going to need a fast hand and know where you want to paint. Air brushing is fine but it won’t give you the supreme Crome the markers do. I say stick with the markers and check out the different nibs.

**Q: Would using this on a model and clear coating over the top of it with gloos clear coat ruin the chrom look of the paint?**
A: Most clears will, but there are a couple that won't.  Spaz Stix Ultimate Clear Coat (Made for their brand of chrome) will retain the shine.  I've also had great luck clearing over it with Transtar Urethane clear coat on my model cars.  As with any chrome paint, the bigger and flatter the surface you are painting, the less the effect will be visible.  That's not the paint, that's just the nature of the human perception of the fake chrome.

**Q: If you wanted to achieve a "gold" chrome look, what kind of paint would you recommend applying over a layer of this liquid chrome alcohol paint ?**
A: I wouldn't recommend trying to paint any color over the chrome paint. Even a clear coat over this dulls it out. Molotow does make a gold chrome pen.

**Q: How do you refill this pen with the refill fluid offered? Will the tip still work?**
A: You need to unscrew the top and remove the small valve which is inside the barrel of the pen. Once this has been removed, pour in the fluid. After this, pop the valve back in and screw on the top.
