I was really surprised how heavy duty and this cable attachment is. It weighs, I think, a bit over five pounds. So it is heavier than my other attachments that came with my BodyCraft Galena. It fits perfect and I was able to crank out plenty of really good reps. I really enjoyed the workout. I attached it on the pulley overhead and on the lower one, as well. It's nice to have different attachments because it gives me variety. I am a small person but I did not find it hard to handle at all. It is solid and well made. The rubber handles are comfortable, too. This was a very good value for such a quality cable attachment.

I received in less time than expected. I have turned my spare bedroom into a gym. I have a Marcy cable full body machine, Marcy olympic free weight bench and a climber/stepper. I attatched this product to my cable machine and it works perfect. It weighs, i would say about 8-10Lbs. Its VERY heavy duty. Has a good feel to it. Great appearance, welds, and hand grips. If I were at a commercial Gym, grabbed this and used it, I wouldnt think twice. It is, in my opinion, COMMERCIAL GRADE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. GREAT PURCHASE AND ADDITION TO MY GYM.

I had doubts when I ordered this as to how cheap it was compared to other name brand attachments. This thing as rock solid, is very heavy, I don't think it would be humanly possible to break it. Excellent attachment, comfortable. But add 5lbs to your weight calculation if pulling down because this is very heavy.

I needed another back attachment for my lat pulldown and this was next on my list. It's very solid and works great. You'll definitely get in a great workout. My only complaint is the grips are not that comfortable but overall it's a great attachment.

This puppy is solid! It has a decent amount of weight to it and does exactly what you need it to do. I ordered the one with the black grips and they work just as I expected. Great price, quick shipping and quality product. I would highly recommend.

I purchased this for my home gym and love the build quality, weight and design. While the handles can be slightly more comfortable, I like the strong plastic it is so I don't have to work about ripping it over time. It's pretty heavy but I like that, especially for the type of exercise I do with it. The ring for the carabiner is pretty thick but it brings confidence to the security. Ultimately, I would be interested in looking at what other products they have if the build quality is anything like this.
