This griddle was received in excellent packaging and shipping protection. The quality of the design is extremely nice. Very sturdy construction. The ceramic coating is infused with titanium, which does not leach chemical into the food being cooked. It also reduces scratching over the years. No PFC's or other materials leaching into the food. It heats quickly and has a drain for the grease during cooking that is easy to clean out when cooking to done. It is submersible for easy cleaning. The griddle is large for cooking much food simultaneously. I like the copper color as it is attractive. I found it easy to use. I highly recommend this product.

Love, love, love my griddle. So easy to clean, always use a little oil to prime for cooking. When given a couple of minutes to pre-heat the griddle provides even heat on the entire cooktop. Best electric griddle I have ever used. Spacious cooktop. If I could change one design element it would be to make the drip drawer a little larger ONLY because I would love to be able to store the cord in it when it’s not in use. Great product.

This is my first electric griddle and it works very well. The day I got it I cooked a pork shoulder steak and it came out juicy and tender. The next morning I made a hole package of bacon at once and it cooked nice and even. The surface is very nonstick and food will slide around if your not careful. Clean up is super easy, I wipe the surface down after it's cooled a bit and than rinse it out in the sink. The surface gets very hot so be careful, the instructions say to let the griddle heat up for ten minutes but it reaches temp faster than that. As other have noted the grease tray will slip out easily, bad design I would have taken off half a star for that if I could. Al in all I recommend this griddle especially for your first one, good price for the size.

heating is not evenly distributed throughout the plate. Hottest near the plug where the temperature sensor is. Great for cooking a lot of pancakes. But don't expect me to be seared.

Oh I had high hopes for this thing. While it did well in the beginning of its use, it slowly dwindles. I noticed that the heating element was hotter closer to the electrical area, but was less hot towards the opposite end. This may just be an issue with these in general I do not know. I did love how many tortillas I could make at once (8 small ones if you were wondering), and storing it wasn't too bad either. Although the plate isn't removable, it was still pretty easy to clean, unless you made meat on it, then forget it. Decent product for less uses

This is the best one I could find, the quality seemed a bit flimsy, but I was comparing to my old one and now I think this is perfect, cut down on all the plastic and it stores easier. The cook top is great, non stick and super easy to clean. Let's hope it stands the test of time...has to beat my old one, that lasted 15 years.

I have only used once but it worked very well and was easy to clean.

Purchased this for a group sleepover and Girl Guides Camps and am very happy with this product so far! Size is great, heats up pretty quickly, and is super easy to use and clean. I do find that some spots on the surface do get hotter than others, however, once the surface is fully warmed it’s not as noticeable.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I've made many pancakes already, however, just be aware that there are still hot and cold spots on the cooking surface. Atleast that's what I've experienced thus far. It's not a deal breaker but I wonder if I could've spent less for similar quality.
