Just use those like a deep conditioner. After washing put the No2 on towel dry hair and late wait 10 min then rinse very good. For finish use regular conditioner. That all.

No this is more like a conditioner so this is what you would use after you remove your color to strengthen your hair it is not developer the developer comes in the two piece kit with the hair color remover

I've only used this once but so far it seems to help my extremely dry, damaged hair. Hopefully, it bonds more over time and repairs some of the damage. I had been using another brand but decided to try this since it was more cost-effective.
