I got this to add coconut flavour to natural yoghurt and it definitely didn’t work. Maybe this only works if you bake it in a cake but Indefinitely do not recommend eating it “raw”. There was a coconut flavour but it was completely overpowered by this bitter, chemically taste, even after i mixed it up in the yoghurt

Perfect for making chocolate covered cherries. After the. Jerrie’s sit a week or so, the filling liquifies. The invertase does not affect the taste of the cherries

My customers favorite flavor! I use this to make coconut flavored candied grapes and they say its amazing. All you need is a drop and it's super strong! The smell is amazing !
