Compare to the other fleet product (saline & mineral oil), this one takes the longest to achieve the effect but it’s not as messy as the mineral oil.

My original review was denied for not meeting community guidelines, so I will try again. I do not often need to rely on a product such as this, but I am so glad that I happened upon this one for the times I need it. It's almost immediate relief...within minutes, although I have read online to increase effectiveness of the product to try and hold the urge as long as possible to increase bowel emptying. In utilizing that method, I got much more complete relief. I highly recommend this product as it is very gentle and does not cause any cramping. It is a much more natural approach, and much faster, then taking an oral laxative. Highly recommend.
